With over 16 years of experience in senior living, I’ve built my career leading assisted living and memory care communities with purpose, compassion, and results. As an Executive Director, I’m deeply committed to creating vibrant, person-centered cultures where residents feel at home, employees feel empowered, and families feel at ease.

My leadership philosophy centers around culture creation, fostering environments that celebrate individuality, inspire team collaboration, and prioritize dignity in every detail of care. I’m passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, believing that strong teams are built through trust, development, and shared accountability.

I’ve successfully driven occupancy growth through relationship-based marketing, strong referral partnerships, and a commitment to exceptional resident experiences. At the same time, I take great pride in financial stewardship, ensuring our community thrives both operationally and ethically.
